Restrictions
All storage unit facilities have restrictions on what they will and will not allow. This is for the protection of not just you and your belongings, but the facility staff and other customers and their goods.
You will be required to sign an agreement indicating that you understand and agree to adhere to the rules and restrictions for what items are allowable.
No Combustible, Flammable, Hazardous, Toxic, or Radio Active Materials
- No gasoline, compressed gas, propane tanks, kerosene, lamp and motor oil
- No acid, grease, corrosives, fertilizer, paint, cleaners, chemicals, toxic or biological waste
- No hazardous items including asbestos or products containing asbestos
- No fireworks, explosives, weapons or ammunition
No Perishable Food and Animal Products
- Canned foods can be stored in storage units
- No perishable food products such as cereals, produce or meats are Not Allowed
- No items that may spoil or attract pests
No Miscellaneous Prohibited Items including illegal drugs
- No animals or plants – alive or dead
- No stolen or illegal items
- No pluging in or useing refrigerators, freezers, generators, space heaters
